What You’ll Do:
- Strategies and implement engaging social media content for clients.
- Conduct thorough reviews of both individual and peer-generated social media content to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to gather social media content and briefs, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for content delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop customized client content calendars based on briefs, seasonal trends, and industry insights.
- Assist in compiling comprehensive customer reports utilizing various data sources.
- Monitor and optimize paid campaigns to manage budgets effectively.
- Provide prompt and effective responses to client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Support the Client Marketing team in daily operations with precision and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in crafting and executing social media content for clients.
- Proficiency in executing B2C/B2B content across diverse social media platforms.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A qualification in Marketing, Business, Languages or related field.
- Bonus Points for Certification in Meta ads or other relevant marketing platforms.
- Experience with content scheduling platforms such as Publer, Buffer, and Hootsuite.
- Previous success in building, executing, and analysing Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with content/blog platforms including WooCommerce and Google Business.
