What You’ll Do:

  • Strategies and implement engaging social media content for clients.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of both individual and peer-generated social media content to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather social media content and briefs, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for content delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop customized client content calendars based on briefs, seasonal trends, and industry insights.
  • Assist in compiling comprehensive customer reports utilizing various data sources.
  • Monitor and optimize paid campaigns to manage budgets effectively.
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the Client Marketing team in daily operations with precision and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in crafting and executing social media content for clients.
  • Proficiency in executing B2C/B2B content across diverse social media platforms.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A qualification in Marketing, Business, Languages or related field.
  • Bonus Points for Certification in Meta ads or other relevant marketing platforms.
  • Experience with content scheduling platforms such as Publer, Buffer, and Hootsuite.
  • Previous success in building, executing, and analysing Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with content/blog platforms including WooCommerce and Google Business.
