Recognised in the market as a leading finance practice, our Real Estate Finance and Global Loans team in London advises on high-profile transactions globally. We work with investment banks, lenders, corporates, and sponsors on complex real estate finance transactions, including senior debt, mezzanine finance, and various asset classes such as residential, hotels, logistics, and offices.
Our team comprises 7 partners and approximately 34 lawyers, trainees, and paralegals, known for market knowledge, commercial acumen, and innovative solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating legal documentation
- Advising clients strategically in meetings, calls, and written communication
- Managing client expectations and project delivery
- Business development activities
- Legal research
- Supervising junior team members and managing transaction parties
Key Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (1–4 PQE)
- Strong knowledge of real estate finance and global loans legal frameworks
