The Team

A&O Shearman’s Advanced Delivery Legal (ADL) team plays an increasing role in delivering key aspects of major litigation cases and transactions, coordinating teams of lawyers globally. ADL is integral to our advanced legal service delivery, utilizing technology to complement traditional legal services worldwide. We foster a collaborative culture where talented individuals can flourish and achieve great things.

The Role

We have a new opportunity for an Associate to join the Real Estate team in our Belfast office. We seek qualified lawyers with real estate law experience.

The Belfast Real Estate team handles a range of matters across the firm’s product lines, focusing on general real estate, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and supporting our global real estate network. As part of the team, you will develop recognition as a subject matter expert, drive innovation, lead projects, develop new workstreams, and build client relationships.
