We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Apprentice to join our HR Services team, in the A&O Shearman Belfast Office!

The Apprenticeship

This is an exciting opportunity with the chance to build relationships and gain first-hand experience of what Global HR Services is like in a law firm setting. The firm in partnership with University of Ulster will be committed to investing in training to enable you to gain a BSc (Hons) Business Management degree. The apprenticeship is offered as a 3.5 year fixed term contract.

Who we are looking for

Previous experience is not required but applicants should be team players with good communication skills and strong attention to detail and an interest in working in HR. Applicants must possess a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics and two A levels (or equivalent qualification) in any subject at grade C or above.
