Allen Motor Group is looking to recruit a Transaction Manager to join and work with our OMODA dealership in Rayleigh, to support the achievement of the departmental budget by means of sales, profit and compliance. This is offered on a full time 5 day working week, with a basic salary of £30,000 and an OTE of £50,000 reporting to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
- Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
- A drive to meet and exceed targets
- Full UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team
- Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards
- Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge
- Carrying out part exchange appraisals
- Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset
