Allen Motor Group are recruiting a Workshop Controller to oversee the allocation and supervision of work in the workshop at our Ford dealership in Warwick.
The role ensures the required number of labour hours are worked efficiently each day and reports to the Aftersales Manager.
The ideal candidate will have automotive workshop experience, familiarity with Kerridge, excellent communication and IT skills, and a proactive approach to coaching the service team to maintain high quality standards.
