Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Product Specialist at our Ford dealership in Nuneaton, to provide an outstanding customer experience during the vehicle handover. You will be the ‘go to’ on all Ford products and accompany the customer throughout the purchase with personal interaction, knowledge and the test drive. This position is offered on a full time, 40-hour work week, 5 days, Monday – Sunday with a basic salary of £25,550 an OTE of £27,950 and a fantastic career path reporting to the Sales Manager.

Do I need experience?
No! Whilst we welcome applications from candidates with a background in the automotive industry, we understand that everyone started without experience at one point, so we relish applications for people looking to begin their automotive career with us. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:
- Experience going above and beyond for customers.
- A full UK manual driving licence
- An interest and passion for the automotive industry
- Fantastic communication skills with both colleagues and customers
- Previous experience with sales would be highly advantageous
- An ability to stay organised and maintain your own schedule
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Once you have joined and been trained in the position you will be expected to demonstrate the following:
- An ability to promote the Allen Motor Group brand and all the benefits that a customer will experience
- Showcasing a passion for the product and customer through the sharing of knowledge – in person, over the phone and virtually
- Providing an outstand customer handover experience
- Carrying out test drives
- Effectively managing an online diary system
