Overview
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Professional Business Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our KIA PBV Centre in Gillingham. Managing and assisting with face to face and digital enquires to try and maximise sales potential whilst going above and beyond to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Role Details
This position is offered on a full time 5-day 42.5 hour working week Monday – Saturday, with a £22,770 basic salary + OTE of £46,000, uncapped commission, bonus and company vehicle, reporting to the CV Sales Manager.

Qualifications
Do I need experience?
No! Whilst we welcome applications from experienced automotive sales advisors, we understand that everyone started without experience at some point, so we relish applications from people looking to begin their automotive career with us. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:
- Previous selling and influencing skills
- A full UK driving licence
- An ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.
- A passion for providing first class customer service
- An eagerness to learn and progress your career

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a PBV Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for and not limited to:
- Handing of inbound and outbound enquiries via email/telephone and digitally
- Meeting individual and team-based sales targets
- Guide customers through the whole purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products
- Adhere to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance
