The predicted salary is between 32000 - 40000 £ per year.

Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Sales Controller to join and work with our flagship Kia dealership in Milton Keynes, to guide customers through the purchasing process, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided. This is offered on a full time 5 day a week, permanent basis, with a basic salary of £32,000 and an OTE of £50,000 reporting to the Sales Manager.

We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management, with the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals
  • A strong desire to be involved in the sales process from the start, ability to speak to customers and close deals.
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
  • A drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team
  • Being fully compliant to Allen Motor Group, Kia and legislative standards
  • Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge
  • Carrying out part exchange appraisals
  • Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset
