Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Sales Advisor to join our Chery dealership in Milton Keynes. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by assisting with both face-to-face and digital inquiries to help customers choose the right product.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound enquiries via email, telephone, and digital channels
- Meeting personal and team-based sales targets
- Guiding customers through the full purchase process, advising on extended warranties, accessories, and financial products
- Adhering to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance
Role details
This position is offered on a 5-day, 42-hour working week, with a £22,770 basic salary plus uncapped commission, bonus and company car, reporting to the Sales Manager. The job involves sales targets; achieving these targets in the right way for customers contributed to an average earnings of £47,500 last year.
Qualifications
No prior automotive sales experience is required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. The key attributes and skills we look for are:
