Overview
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Master Technician to join our Ford dealership in Rayleigh.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
- Coach and monitor the technical workforce within the service department
- Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
- Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
- Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
Position Details
This position is offered on a full‑time 45 hour working week paying £44,800 with an OTE of £52,000, reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Master Technician earnings were £55,000 last year!
Required Skills & Experience
To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
- Previous senior technician or master technician level qualification or experience
- MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous
- Fantastic verbal and written English skills
- Previous experience working in a franchised dealership
