Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Master Technician to join our Prep and Recovery Centre in Long Itchington. As a master technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:

  • Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
  • Coach and monitor the technical workforce within the service department
  • Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
  • Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
  • Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes

This position is offered on a full-time 45 hour working week paying £44,800 with an OTE of £59,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Master Technician earnings were £59,200 last year!

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
  • Previous senior technician or master technician level qualification or experience
  • MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous
  • Fantastic verbal and written English skills
  • Previous experience working in a franchised dealership
