Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford dealership in Uxbridge. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £40,000 with an OTE of £50,000, a company provided vehicle. This position reports to the General Manager.

Previous Experience
To be considered for this position will you have strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager ideally from a franchised dealership. We also look for the following skills and experience:
- Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team
- Fantastic organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- An ability to overcome customer issues
- Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of KPI’s for all service department members
- Maintaining an understanding of all relevant consumer and local market influences
- Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial result and exceptional customer service
- Drive the performance of the workshop team to maximise efficiency
- Develop the skills and career progression of current and new team members
