Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Sales Controller to join and work with our Ford dealership in Basildon, to guide customers through the purchasing process, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided. This is offered on a full time Monday – Saturday with Sundays on a rota, 5 day week, permanent basis, with a basic salary of £31,000 and an OTE of £51,000 reporting to the Sales Manager.

We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals
- A strong desire to be involved in the sales process from the start, ability to speak to customers and close deals
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
- Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
- A drive to meet and exceed targets
- Full UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team
- Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards
- Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge
- Carrying out part exchange appraisals
- Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset
