Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Rayleigh. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consult on their vehicles' servicing, answering any questions or queries they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
- Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Achieving set performance targets by upselling products

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, 46.33-hour working week Monday – Friday.
