Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Sales Manager, to be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced sales department, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction at our KIA dealership in Solihull. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £40,000 and an OTE of £60,000 + overachievement bonus and reports to the Brand Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for applicants with strong automotive sales management experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skill and experience:
- Previous experience managing and motivating a sales department
- A strong awareness in financial compliance
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Fantastic stakeholder management skills
- Analytical approach to problem solving
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure all company KPIs are achieved and exceeded
- Conducting reviews of both new and used car operations including regular stock reviews, site displays and online/offline activity
- Ensuring AMG, legislative and FCA compliance including auditing of deal files as per requirements
- Exceeding high customer service experience levels across all departments
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed by required deadlines
