Allen Motor Group is looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor at our Ford dealership in Gillingham. Using your customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consult on their vehicles, answering any questions they may have.
Key responsibilities:
- Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
- Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
- Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday–Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays, £30,000 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500. You will report to the Aftersales Manager.
Experience and skills:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A full UK driving licence
