Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Parts Advisor to support our KIA dealership in Milton Keynes. You will need to operate well within a team as well as on your own as you will be working closely with our sales and service team. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday AM’s, paying up to £29,741 with an OTE of £34,000 and will report to the Aftersales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position you will need to have experience in a parts role within either a franchised automotive dealership or parts department. We are looking for individuals that also possess the following attributes:
- People focused and an inspiration team player
- Have excellent telephone manner
- Experience controlling KPIs and budgets
- Customer facing experience and proficient in IT systems
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuring the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels managed
- Maximising profitability and efficiency of the whole department
- Co-ordinating with the Sales/Service departments to give the best customer experience
- Work with the manufacturers, colleagues, and customers to be their first contact regarding any parts related queries
