Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Parts Advisor to support our KIA dealership in Milton Keynes. In this role you’ll be coordinating the supply of Parts within the site, providing fantastic customer service and working closely with both our sales and service teams so a collaborative approach is essential. The role is offered on a full-time 12 month fixed term contract, Monday – Friday (8am-5.30pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am-12.00pm), paying £30,000 with an OTE of £34,000 and will report to the Aftersales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a parts role within either a franchised automotive dealership or parts department
- People focused and a collaborative team player
- Excellent telephone skills
- Customer facing experience and proficient in IT systems
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensuring the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels managed
- Maximising profitability and efficiency of the Parts department
- Co-ordinating with the Sales/Service departments to give the best customer experience
- Work with the manufacturers, colleagues, and customers to be their first contact regarding any parts related queries
