Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford, KIA & OMODA Jaecoo dealership in Rayleigh. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £55,000 with an OTE of £67,000, a company provided vehicle. This position reports to the General Manager.

To be considered for this position you will have strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager ideally from a franchised dealership. We also look for the following skills and experience:

  • Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • An ability to overcome customer issues
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of KPI’s for all service department members
  • Maintaining an understanding of all relevant consumer and local market influences
  • Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial results and exceptional customer service
  • Drive the performance of the workshop team to maximise efficiency
  • Develop the skills and career progression of current and new team members
