Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford Transit Centre in Northampton. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £55,000 an OTE of £65,000, a company provided vehicle and an overachievement bonus. This position reports to the General Manager.

Previous Experience
To be considered for this position will you have strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager ideally from a franchised dealership. We also look for the following skills and experience:
- Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team
- Fantastic organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- An ability to overcome customer issues
- Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of KPI’s for all service department members
- Maintaining an understanding of all relevant consumer and local market influences
- Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial result and exceptional customer service
- Drive the performance of the workshop team to maximise efficiency
- Develop the skills and career progression of current and new team members
