Location: Upminster (Hyundai dealership)

Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 46.33 hour working week, Monday – Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays

Salary: £30,000 basic with an OTE of £33,000

Reporting to: Aftersales Manager

Overview

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Hyundai dealership in Upminster. You will use your customer experience skills to keep the customer informed and act as a consultant on their vehicle servicing, answering any questions or queries they may have.

Responsibilities

• Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
• Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
• Adhering to GDPR guidelines

Qualifications & attributes

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Great attention to detail
• A background in customer service would be highly advantageous
• Experience using computer software systems
