Allen Motor Group is looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our KIA dealership in Solihull. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep customers informed and consult on their vehicles, answering any questions or queries they may have. This position is offered on a Full-time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday – Friday & 1 in 3 Saturday’s, £30,620.42 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
  • Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop
  • Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
  • Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Great attention to detail
  • A background in customer service would be highly advantageous
  • Experience using computer software systems
