This is a full-time on-site role located in Solihull for a Sales Manager at Allen Motor Group - Kia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will develop and implement effective sales strategies, oversee inventory, ensure compliance with company policies, and collaborate with other departments to drive business success.
