An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well regarded local authority legal team in Wembley on a long-term contract, starting ASAP.
This role offers the chance to work on complex commercial property and regeneration projects, advising on high profile developments and strategic initiatives.
Key Details:
- Rate up to £65 per hour (Inside IR35)
- Hybrid working with 2 days in the office (flexible)
- Car parking available and excellent transport links with nearby tube access
- Immediate start with strong potential for extension
The Role:
- You will provide senior level legal advice across commercial property and regeneration matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements and supporting major development projects.
- You will also work closely with senior stakeholders, contributing to key decision making and delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FILEX
- Strong experience in commercial property and regeneration law
- Confident managing complex caseloads and advising senior stakeholders
- Public sector experience desirable but not essential
- Candidates at a more junior level of PQE will be considered if they have solid regeneration and commercial property training and experience. Min 2 years PQE
- UK qualified applicants preferred and sponsorship is NOT available
