Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of litigation matters from inception through to conclusion.
- Providing legal advice to officers, managers and key stakeholders.
- Conducting advocacy where appropriate or instructing and managing external counsel.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal correspondence.
- Representing the organisation in negotiations and court proceedings.
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in accordance with court deadlines.
