An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading London hospital for an experienced Senior Transformation Lead to play a key role in delivering a key savings programme within a specialist service. Working closely with the Medical Director and wider senior leadership team, this role offers the chance to shape and deliver a high-profile cost improvement programme.

With around 40% of savings already identified, the post holder will focus on strengthening and enhancing these initiatives, ensuring they are robust, credible and deliverable, while also identifying further opportunities to achieve the overall target. The role will involve close collaboration with clinical and operational teams to design and implement improvements that drive efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient care.

You will be expected to bring strong programme leadership, analytical capability and stakeholder engagement skills, alongside the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and visible environment. The successful candidate will come from a background in hospital operations, with a strong understanding of acute healthcare delivery within the NHS.

You will have a proven track record of delivering sustainable financial savings and transformation programmes, and experience of working closely with senior clinicians and executive teams. You will be confident bringing structure, pace and insight to complex programmes, and able to translate strategic priorities into practical, impactful improvements. Strong communication and influencing skills will be essential.
