As a Senior Supplier Performance Manager, you will drive continuous improvement and commercial projects that enhance financial performance and supplier relationships. You’ll play a crucial role in data analysis, supplier benchmarking, risk management, and contract compliance. You’ll also deputize for the Senior Commercial Contracts Manager, ensuring robust supplier governance and leading strategic initiatives. Duties: Detailed analysis and validation of granular data to inform strategic decision[1]making across contract management act Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier performance and optimising commercial outcomes Support the financial evaluation of supplier performance throughout contract periods, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators Deputise for the Senior Commercial Contracts Manager in governing relationships with a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring robust contract management and effective supplier engagement Monitor supplier adherence to agreed contractual terms, including sustainability initiatives and compliance with relevant statutory requirements (e.g., modern slavery, supply chain transparency) Requirements: Proven experience in supplier management, data analysis, and contract governance Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage complex projects
