- We are seeking an experienced
Senior Governance Manager to join a high-profile public sector project. This senior role reports directly to the
Company Secretary , requiring strong governance expertise and the ability to operate effectively across complex organisational structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide governance leadership and ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks in a public sector environment.
- Support the development and implementation of ESGT practices and robust control frameworks.
- Interpret and apply governance requirements within the
- Framework Document and
Development Agreement .
- Work collaboratively across organisational functions, ensuring alignment with business processes and governance standards.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver governance solutions that meet regulatory and organisational objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality outputs under minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of ESGT principles and corporate governance frameworks in a public sector setting.

- Managing Public Money ,
- Freedom of Information , and
