Up to £65ph | High Impact Development and Regeneration Work | Hybrid (2 days - flexible) | 3+ Months with strong potential to extend

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well regarded local authority legal team in Wembley on a long-term contract, starting ASAP.

This role offers the chance to work on complex commercial property and regeneration projects, advising on high profile developments and strategic initiatives.

Key Details:
  • Rate up to £65 per hour (Inside IR35)
  • Hybrid working with 2 days in the office (flexible)
  • Car parking available and excellent transport links with nearby tube access
  • Immediate start with strong potential for extension
The Role:

You will provide senior level legal advice across commercial property and regeneration matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements and supporting major development projects. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders, contributing to key decision making and delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FILEX
  • Strong experience in commercial property and regeneration law
  • Confident managing complex caseloads and advising senior stakeholders
  • Public sector experience desirable but not essential
  • Candidates at a more junior level of PQE will be considered if they have solid regeneration and commercial property training and experience. Min 2 years PQE
  • UK qualified applicants preferred and sponsorship is NOT available
