Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to influence organisational strategy and help shape the workforce of a purpose-driven organisation making a real difference? I am working with a leading national organisation that delivers education, training and workforce development programmes to improve outcomes for children and young people. As part of an ambitious period of growth and transformation, they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support a strategically important division, partnering with senior leaders to deliver an ambitious people agenda. The salary for the HR Business Partner role is £52,000 per annum and the organisation offers hybrid working, going into the office 1-2 days per week. The office is located a short walk from both Angel and Kings Cross station. Leading organisational design, restructures and change programmes, providing expert advice throughout consultation and implementation. Providing strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters, balancing legal compliance with commercial and organisational objectives. Coaching and influencing leaders to strengthen management capability, performance and decision-making. Using workforce data and business insight to identify trends, inform strategic decisions and improve organisational effectiveness. Working collaboratively with specialist People teams, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Reward and Inclusion, to deliver joined-up people solutions. Supporting talent development, succession planning and leadership capability to ensure the organisation can meet future workforce needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders within a complex organisation. You will bring strong experience of organisational change, workforce planning, employee relations and leadership coaching, alongside the ability to build credibility and influence at senior level.
