An established public sector legal team is looking for an interim Employment Lawyer who can start without delay. The assignment runs for approximately 3 to 6 months and offers a broad, interesting workload.

You will need a solid understanding of UK employment law with strong experience in TUPE and Employment Tribunal case management. Alongside managing your caseload, you will provide clear and practical advice to HR, managers, schools and academies on a full range of employment issues.

Candidates must be qualified as a UK Barrister, Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2+ years’ employment law and TUPE experience. You must hold a current practising certificate, which will need to be provided with the application.
