Allen Lane is seeking an Interim HR Manager (Employee Relations) for a 6‑month FTC in London.

You will lead complex ER casework, advise managers, and implement policy improvements with a strong focus on employment law and wellbeing.

You will collaborate with the People team and L&D to build manager capability, embed best practice, and promote an inclusive, high‑performing culture across the charity near London Bridge.
