Reside is a housing provider who works closely with the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham to support strong communities through the provision of high quality, affordable housing for the local communities within Barking & Dagenham. It plays a key role in the council’s wider regeneration strategy, supporting sustainable communities, improving housing standards, and delivering long-term social and economic benefits for the area.
The Role
The Digital and Performance Manager will lead the development and administration of BD Reside’s digital infrastructure to support performance management and where appropriate regulatory compliance. Central to this role is the implementation and optimisation of digital systems - including performance dashboards, data platforms, and SharePoint - to enable accurate reporting, data integrity, and collaborative working across the organisation. Acting as a technical resource, the Digital and Performance Manager will support colleagues in the effective use of digital platforms, manage system structures and permissions, and promote digital literacy across the organisation. This includes troubleshooting, training, and ensuring systems are configured to support operational, internal control, efficiency, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement. The role will be responsible for designing and maintaining a robust KPI and performance framework, ensuring that data is effectively captured, analysed, and can be presented to the Board and leadership team.

Qualifications
- Strong digital literacy and experience administering or being super-user for multiple software platforms.
- Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or strategic reporting within housing, public sector, or regulated environments.
- Ability to support colleagues in using digital tools, including troubleshooting and informal training.
- Experience managing digital systems, permissions, and content structures to support collaboration and compliance.
- Strong ability to create and maintain a performance and KPI framework for an organisation.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for Registered Providers under the RSH.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with audit, assurance, and policy tracking frameworks.
- Committed to Reside’s principles and able to demonstrate behaviours that support this commitment.
- Experience with housing management systems and data platforms.
- Communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing Board-level reports.
- Knowledge of tenant engagement and satisfaction measures.
- Professional qualification in performance management, data analytics, or housing (or willingness to work towards one).
