This highly reputable local authority is seeking an experienced Housing Lawyer to join its Legal Services team on a long-term interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile housing matters within one of the UK's largest local authorities.

The Opportunity

  • You'll manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, providing strategic legal advice and advocacy across a range of housing law matters including:
    • Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions
    • Possession Proceedings
    • Housing Disrepair Claims
    • Estate Management Issues
    • Advisory work for Council departments and social housing providers

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive Advocate with strong advocacy, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
