Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Debt Assist Business Plan to meet performance, profit, and growth targets.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering development and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive transformation and service efficiencies across a client Debt Assist offering.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all governance, policy, and risk frameworks.
- Partner with Sales, Client Managers, and Customer Services to align delivery with pipeline and forecasted growth.
- Oversee seamless client onboarding and effective third-party supplier management.
- Champion internal communications, employee engagement, and brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-educated (or equivalent experience), ideally with a relevant professional qualification.
- Extensive experience in service delivery, ideally within a commercial or outsourced environment.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable improvements in performance.
- Sector-specific expertise in debt recovery or related services.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and margin management.
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
