An exciting and unusual opportunity has arisen within a leading independent healthcare provider for an experienced commercial professional to join its Contract & Pricing function at a time of continued growth and transformation.

Operating across multiple London hospital sites, the organisation delivers high-quality healthcare services to a diverse client base including private medical insurers (PMIs), self-paying patients, embassies and corporate organisations.

Reporting into the commercial leadership team, this role offers an excellent blend of contract negotiation and pricing strategy. You will support the negotiation and management of tariff agreements with insurers, including periodic reviews and revisions, while also providing valuable analytical insight to inform pricing decisions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing data to assess contract performance
  • Developing effective pricing strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to support commercial decision-making across the organisation

You will bring proven experience in contract negotiation and pricing, gained within healthcare or a related sector. Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential, alongside advanced Excel capability and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data with clarity.
