Our client - Local Government - is seeking an MS Teams Telephony specialist on an interim basis to support and stabilise a recently implemented Teams Phone environment.
Key skills & experience required:
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Teams Phone/Teams Voice
- Strong Back End knowledge of Direct Routing, Operator Connect, SIP trunking
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Teams Admin Center, voice policies, dial plans, call queues and auto attendants
- Experience with SBCs (Ribbon and/or AudioCodes) and carrier integrations
- Strong troubleshooting capability across call quality, audio dropouts, PSTN and numbering issues
- Experience working in complex or split Microsoft tenant environments
- Able to operate independently as a senior technical escalation/stabilisation resource
- Comfortable providing hands‑on remediation and Back End configuration rather than end‑user support
- Previous Local Authority experience is desirable but not essential.
