A leading central government organisation is seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Manager to join a high-performing workforce operations team. This role sits at the heart of contingent labour delivery, supplier management and workforce governance, supporting the end-to-end life cycle of temporary workers and contractors across a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contingent workforce requirements from approval through onboarding
- Support IR35 assessments and workforce compliance activities
- Work closely with suppliers, hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage contract extensions and offboarding activities
- Produce workforce reports and management information
- Support supplier performance and KPI management
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within MSP, RPO, workforce operations or contingent workforce environments
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management experience
- Knowledge of IR35 and/or Agency Worker Regulations
- Experience using VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline or similar
- Comfortable operating within fast-paced, evolving environments
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Desirable Experience:
- Public Sector, Local Government or Central Government experience
- Procurement, category management or outsourced workforce solutions background
- Experience conducting IR35 assessments
- BPSS/SC clearable
Contract: 7 Months
Location: London or Bristol (Hybrid)
Rate: £300-£350 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
Clearance: BPSS/SC Eligible
