Key responsibilities:
- Build and optimise end-to-end digital services on the Granicus govService platform across multiple service areas
- Provide hands‑on development support to accelerate delivery and reduce technical bottlenecks
- Apply agreed technical, design and accessibility standards to ensure consistent, high quality builds
- Work collaboratively within an agile, multidisciplinary team throughout delivery, hypercare and transition to BAU
