Our client, a Not-for-profit in the cultural sector, is delivering two connected strategic initiatives: the implementation of Salesforce as its core CRM platform and the design and delivery of a central repository for organisational data. Together, these projects will improve customer and partner experiences, streamline operations, strengthen grant-making, raise data quality and enable trusted reporting and insight. We are currently three quarters through the CRM project’s lifecycle with a target launch date of end February 2027.
The Programme Manager will provide coordinated leadership across both projects, maintaining a single view of scope, dependencies, resources, risks, decisions, benefits and organisational impact. The role will work with the Senior Management Team (SMT), subject matter experts from the user departments, the technology and data teams and external suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes, manage transition and embed sustainable ways of working.
This is an opportunity to lead a high-profile transformation programme that will establish the technology and data foundations for better services, stronger decision-making and sustainable organisational growth.
- Experience of Programme Management
- Experience of CRM Programmes (ideally Salesforce)
- Experience of Data repository Programmes
- Ideally, Not-for-Profit experience.
