Allen Lane is supporting a Greater London based Council to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner - HRA. This interim role is ideal for a qualified accountant with experience in local government finance, Housing Revenue Account (HRA) management, and medium- to long-term financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and management of the HRA Finance team
  • Oversee budget monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Support Budget Holders with value-for-money savings and targets.
  • Manage the Medium-Term Financial Plan for the HRA.
  • Improve forecasting processes and ensure statutory and grant returns are accurate and timely.
