Allen Lane is supporting a Greater London based Council to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner - HRA. This interim role is ideal for a qualified accountant with experience in local government finance, Housing Revenue Account (HRA) management, and medium- to long-term financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and management of the HRA Finance team
- Oversee budget monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
- Support Budget Holders with value-for-money savings and targets
- Manage the Medium-Term Financial Plan for the HRA
- Improve forecasting processes and ensure statutory and grant returns are accurate and timely
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant
- Proven experience in local government finance and HRA management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Working Pattern
Hybrid 2 days per week onsite in Greater London.
