We are seeking a strategic, data driven digitally focused Campaign and CRM Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. This role is responsible for driving engagement, retention, and growth through targeted campaigns across email, social media, web, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and segment CRM databases to drive personalized communication and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and produce actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales) to ensure campaigns are on brand and on message.
- Design and execute A/B tests, automated workflows, and retention strategies within the CRM platform.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Manage budgets for digital campaigns and track spend efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management, or campaign management.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, digital advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
