Your Role

As Senior Branch Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational performance of our Westbury residential sales team. You will set direction, drive results and develop a high‑performing management and sales team, ensuring consistently high standards and exceptional customer outcomes. You will take an active role in valuations and listings, mentor future leaders and build strong local relationships.
