- In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For
- To be successful as a Residential Sales Manager, you will have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
- Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
- Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
- Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
