The main purpose of your role is to support the Lettings and property management team within the office with administrative duties. This will involve dealing with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors. Responsibilities include:
- Arranging maintenance repairs
- Monitoring and managing compliance and annual checks
- Organising deposit returns
- Handling accounts queries
- Booking property visits
- General admin duties
Preferably experience as an Administrator / customer services agent or similar role. You should be:
- Customer focused and comfortable in a client facing role
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
