Your Role:
- As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Stoke Gifford residential sales team.
- You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success.
