We\’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Allen & Harris. As a Branch Manager, you\’ll oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Your Role
As a Branch Manager, you\’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. This includes leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You\’ll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
