About the role
We are recruiting for a dedicated Motability Sales & Handovers Advisor to join our team in Chingford. This role focuses entirely on supporting Motability customers through their journey, from first enquiry to handover. If you\βre professional, people-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities
- Handle Motability leads and enquiries, guiding customers through the sales process
- Match customers with the right Hyundai model, options, and accessories to suit their needs
- Arrange, prepare, and lead full vehicle handovers ensuring customers are confident with all features, paired devices, and documentation
- Carry out paperwork, compliance, and checks all in line with Motability and Hyundai standards
- Follow up with customers post-handover to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with Motability scheme updates
What we\βre looking for
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills making people feel heard, valued, and supported
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Empathetic, patient, and confident with hands-on demonstrations and explaining technical features
- Motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous Motability or car sales experience is welcome, but not essential β full training will be provided
- Full UK driving licence
